Folsom, Calif.-based project management ASP Meridian Project Systems (MPS) Monday debuted its Proliance Web-native enterprise process management solution for corporate real estate and construction markets.

“Proliance is an innovative corporate technology platform combined with a series of powerful business applications that increases internal control at the project, program and enterprise levels, while uniting all the external companies associated with the design and construction process,” said Jim Olsen, MPS chief executive officer.

Proliance’s built-in workflow automates business processes for every function within an organization, allowing enterprises to reduce the time and effort to process information, and enforce best practices company-wide. A business intelligence dashboard that reports on key performance indicators (KPI) across all projects and programs provides metrics on how to complete projects faster and reduce capital construction costs across the company.

Proliance utilizes Web Services and XML technology on the Microsoft .NET application framework. It is built on a foundation of Platform Services that include workflow automation, action and distribution management, security, file management, reporting, and communication tools.

Modular business applications incorporate Proliance’s platform services, including Budget Management, Contract Management, Change Management, Billing and Invoice Management, Drawing Management, Correspondence Management, File Management, Viewing and Redlining, Project Management Planning, Multi-currency Management, Tax Management, and Vendor Management.

“Our mission is to deliver critical business values through our solutions to our customers, helping them create efficiencies, manage risks, reduce costs, and increase revenue growth opportunities,” said Olsen.
