LivePerson, Inc.’s real-time communications solutions will add a Java-based version to its product line, giving Mac, Linux, Unix, and Network Stations a new level of live customer care functionality. The Java-based version of the software merges the benefits of a robust and easy to use interface with full cross platform portability. The support of Java platforms in a seamless manner serves to further expand the LivePerson client base.

Making LivePerson even more user friendly is a top priority.”

LivePerson solutions come in the form of Pro, Corporate, and Exchange, with varying levels of real-time customer service. The Web-based applications can quickly enable e-businesses to service customers with live chat, FAQ, e-mail, and document management capability through quickly deployed solutions that increase sales and responsiveness to customer needs.
