Recruitforce.com Upgrades Recruiting Management Suite

Staffing management ASP Recruitforce.com this week unveiled the latest enhancements to its web-based recruiting suite. Recruitforce.com 4.0 includes enhanced customization features, a redesigned user interface, and a web services integration API.

“From technology and services to retail and healthcare, Recruitforce.com has penetrated a diverse array of industries very quickly” said Bill Almon, Chairman of Recruitforce.com. “The flexibility delivered in version 4.0 combined with quick implementation, ease of use, and affordability make Recruitforce.com a great value for any company that does the majority of its recruiting online.”

Key features in the new release include a new user interface designed for quick access to core information; the ability to add custom fields to candidate and requisition forms; candidate contact management features; and a resume and candidate data import wizard.

Other new features include an enhanced candidate search engine; sequential approval processes; new reports and improved views. Recruitforce.com 4.0 also exposes XML APIs, allowing businesses to integrate Recruitforce.com with other enterprise applications such as ERP, H R, Finance and Payroll systems.
