The shake-up at Digex, Inc., the Web site manager owned by troubled WorldCom, Inc., continued Thursday with the resignation of directors Lawrence C. Tucker, Gregory J. Clark, and Edith E. Holiday.

Tucker joined the Laurel, Md.-based Digex board in August of last year while Clark and Holiday have been on the board since November of 2001. Former fellow board member Scott Sullivan, who was WorldCom’s CFO before he was fired in the unraveling scandal, was forced off the board earlier this month.

Digex stockholders also removed Mark Shull, the company’s former CEO, from the board in June. Shull was replaced by George Kearns. Digex has commenced a search to fill the remaining open seats.
