Vastera, Inc.has promoted Tom France, Bernie Hart and Ron Franks. The Dulles, Va.-based Vastera is a provider of solutions for global trade management, including software, trade management consulting and managed services.
France, currently acting managing director automotive trade services is being promoted into a new position as vice president, automotive/industrial sector trade services. He will be responsible for driving and delivering managed services business for all automotive and industrial sector clients.
Hart, currently managing director, global trade services, is moving into the new role of vice president, technology/ distribution sector trade services. Franks, currently managing director, consulting and education services, is moving into a new role as vice president, consulting, education and support services.
Vastera’s clients include Dell, Lucent, Microsoft, Ford, Alcatel, New Zealand Dairy Board and Ingersoll-Rand.
