TellSoft Technologies and Montclare Technologies, Inc. have announced a partnership in which Montclare will offer its customers TellSoft’s suite of iTalkServices for streaming content creation and delivery. Through this partnership, visitors to Montclare’s web site, www.montclare.com, will also be able to hear streaming audio of Montclare Speaker Series events via TellSoft’s technology.

“This partnership is a powerful combination of business models. TellSoft’s solutions complement Montclare’s unique approach to web development by providing value-added tools that increase site stickiness and make site content more compelling, up-to-date and personalized,” said Bill Tomeo, president and CEO of TellSoft Technologies. “In addition, we’re excited to work with Montclare to extend the valuable information communicated at the Montclare Speaker Series to the global web community.”

According to the agreement, Montclare will offer TellSoft’s iTalkServices to its customers as enhanced web development options from its web site, as well as promote iTalkServices in its sales efforts. With iTalkServices, Montclare’s customers will be able to use any touch-tone phone to create and publish voice content on their web sites (via iTalkWeb), broadcast live voice-based events (via iTalkLive), and deliver live online presentations combined with synchronized voice commentary and chat (via iTalkSlides). The content created using any of these TellSoft services becomes immediately available to experience on the web via streaming technology using standard players, such as Windows Media Player and RealPlayer.

“Our strategic business agreement with TellSoft enhances our competitive differentiation and revenue opportunities,” said Montclare Chief Executive Officer Ezra Roizen. “TellSoft’s turnkey, rich-media solutions are a strong addition to the services our WEB TEAMTM provides. They incite quick speed-to-market since they don’t require additional capital expenditures or a refocusing of IT resources.”
