A.S.E Consulting LLC (A.S.E) in Boca Raton, FL, a subsidiary of the A.S.E Group in the U.K., will become a reseller of BroadVision Inc.’s one-to-one Web applications for relationship management.

A.S.E will resell the BroadVision One-To-One application solutions for the
electronic commerce, online financial services, and knowledge management
marketplaces.

“Our ability to resell this software with BroadVision positions us to take advantage of the ‘explosive growth’ of the relationship management Internet application market,” said Gary Fowler, executive vice president of sales and marketing for A.S.E Consulting.

The patented BroadVision One-To-One application supports large user and
content databases, high transaction volumes, intelligent agent matching, and
integration with existing business systems.

It also incorporates a suite of management tools that empower non-technical business managers, content editors, and Webmasters to control application behavior from their desktops. These features enable companies to deploy secure, scalable, e-commerce, financial services and knowledge management applications over the Internet, as well as corporate intranets and extranets.

A.S.E Consulting develops, implements, and markets electronic commerce
solutions for Fortune 1000 companies. BroadVision is based in Redwood City, CA.
