IBM Lures Corechange into Enterprise Clique

IBM Corp. carried away another partner in
its enterprise wave Friday by adding Corechange, Inc. to its PartnerWorld
for Developers Program, a worldwide program supporting developers who build
solutions using IBM technologies.

The first stage of this partnership will be the integration of Corechange’s
unique flagship product, Coreport, with IBM’s enterprise information portal
offering.

IBM’s (IBM)
EIP offering enables federated searches (simultaneous searches across
disparate data sources) using parametric and contextual search technologies
that can generate results of the most relevant information. Information can
be accessed from IBM’s content manager, the Web, file systems, e-mail, audio
and video XML/HTML applications, and others.

“We’re pleased that Corechange was able to complete full integration of
Coreport with our IBM enterprise information portal offering in just a
matter of days,” said Jim Kelly, vice president of marketing, IBM data
management solutions. “Coreport’s wireless capability, role-based business
content features and browser-driven environment, coupled with the IBM
Enterprise Information Portal, will deliver significant benefits to our
mutual e-business customers.”
