Ricoh Canada signed an
exclusive distribution agreement with IntraNet Solutions, a provider of
Web-based document management solutions, to resell the Intra.doc! Management
System in Canada.

Ricoh Canada can now provide a “built-for-the-Web” product that combines
library services and Web publishing in a single package as part of its new
suite of Web-based products aimed at Canadian businesses.

Ricoh Canada will also be adopting all of IntraNet Solutions’ products
internally at Ricoh Document Management, the new document management
outsourcing division of Ricoh for North America.

Ricoh Canada will sell and distribute the Intra.doc! Management System, the
Web-based document management system; Intra.doc! Legacy, a paper to Web
solution that uses Adobe Capture technology to transfer paper documents to
the Web; and Intra.doc! Order Management System, a turnkey application that
lets users view and order custom business documents online.

Glenn Laverty, Vice-President and General Manager of Ricoh Document
Management, said: “The Intra.doc! product has an impressive reputation in
the U.S. market by delivering a solution that brings workgroup affordability
and enterprise scalability to corporations who were previously shut out of
the market because of the cost and complexity of other solutions. With
Intra.doc!, we can also use this product suite as a cornerstone of our
outsourcing business to deliver superior Web document management solutions.”
