InterVU Inc. and MatchLogic Inc., the co-developers of
trueVU, a shopping solution for delivering rich media in online advertising, will host a series of seminars called “Rich Media Day.”

The seminars target advertising and new media professionals and will explore
and
demonstrate strategies, benefits and techniques for using online advertising
that incorporates rich graphics, video and sound to increase the return on
advertising investment.

Studies show that integrating rich media into an ad banner significantly increases the ad’s recall and click through rates, and also greatly influences brand awareness, purchase interest and intent, the companies said.

Three one-day “Rich Media Day” seminars will be held for advertisers, ad
agencies and Web publishers.

Sponsors and participating developers include Intel, Macromedia, Silicon
Graphics’
Cosmo Software, Unicast Communications, Advertising Age and Creativity magazines and ChannelSeven.com

Each day-long seminar will begin with an overview of rich media, trueVU, and
participating developers’ technologies. The afternoon breakout sessions will
focus on strategies for using rich media; practical and profitable ways to
integrate and implement leading-edge advertising applications from
participating developers; and methods
for reporting, tracking, and measuring return on advertising investment.

Seminar Dates and Locations: May 29 New York, Grand Hyatt; June 18 San Francisco, San Francisco Marriott; June 25 Chicago, Ramada Congress Hotel.
