The iGroup, Enterworks Deliver Portal Solution

The iGroup Tuesday agreed to
integrate and resell portal software supplier Enterworks Inc.‘s product suite with
its intranet technology.

The UK-based, e-business division of e-commerce firm Computacenter Ltd. said that
bundling its technology with Enterworks would result in a corporate portal
solution that integrates content and automates business processes among
employees, customers and partners.

The product will enhance The iGroup’s solution by integrating content from
employees and functional departments quickly and easily, and displaying a
unified real time view of content. Enterworks’ Process Integrator manages
and coordinates e-commerce transactions based on retrieved information.

The tool connects people in e-commerce interactions, guiding them through
problem resolution and other activities where intervention is essential for
customer service and business process management.
