AGENCY.COM Acquires Dutch Firm

Interactive services and consulting company AGENCY.COM has acquired Twinspark Interactive People BV, a Dutch
provider of interactive services.

Financial terms were not disclosed. Twinspark will be integrated into the
company as AGENCY.COM : Amsterdam.

The company has existing offices in London and Paris and recently announced
an investment in Pictoris, the Paris-based interactive firm. With Twinspark,
the company gains access to the Netherlands and gains clients such as Visa,
ING Bank, Wolters Kluwer and Swatch.

Twinspark, with more than 100 employees, provides services ranging from
development of complete Internet solutions to consulting and concept
development to design and technical implementation. Roland Slot, president
and CEO of Twinspark, will become president of AGENCY.COM : Amsterdam and
will report to Eamonn Wilmott, president of AGENCY.COM : Europe.

services make them a perfect vehicle for extending our European reach and
capabilities to the Netherlands,” said Chan Suh, chairman and CEO of
AGENCY.COM.
