Apple iPad, Notebook Shipments Surpass HP

It’s no secret that sales of the iPad are phenomenal, but perhaps what is surprising is that Apple is now top dog in a sector long dominated by hardware vendors such as HP and Acer.

Sales of iPads and Apple notebooks surged in the fourth quarter, pushing Apple to the top spot in the mobile PC market, according to a recent research.
