Asia
Online
this week added a leading systems integrator to its growing
Australian base.

The move represents the company’s seventh acquisition in Australia/New
Zealand region over the past month.

The acquisition of Sydney’s Flex Internet Technology is part of Asia
Online’s plans to build an Asia Pacific network of companies that provide
end-to-end Internet business solutions.

“We believe strongly that the business community wants more than just access,” said CEO Kevin Randolph.

“Customers are looking for a company that can solve all their Internet
communication issues, from supplying a local area network through to giving
them an effective e-commerce presence on the Web.”

Flex is a full network integrator which provides services to Sydney’s
corporate and government sectors.
