B2B Site Signs E-Commerce Deals with Two Chinese Cities

ChinaMallUSA.com Inc., a business-to-business e-commerce company that facilitates trade exchanges between the United States and China, signed strategic alliance agreements with the cities of Qingdao and Yucheng in China’s province of Shandong.


The two cities have selected ChinaMallUSA.com as their business-to-business e-commerce Web site where the cities as well as their local businesses can publicize projects seeking foreign investment and business partners and engage in international commercial transactions.


Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

China Mall will assist the two cities in establishing and developing e-commerce Web sites within the confines of China’s laws and regulations.


Renowned for its namesake beer, Qingdao is one of the largest industrial cities in China’s eastern coast and one of the country’s five major ports for foreign trade Yucheng has about 15 state-owned enterprises and eight provincial-level group companies forming an industry structure of biological and chemical industry, electric power, textile, machinery, building materials, foodstuff, paper, and agricultural side-line products processing.
