Burson-Marsteller, a division of Young & Rubicam Inc.,
Monday entered into an agreement with Streampipe.com, formerly Netcast Inc., through which B-M will
take a minority interest in Streampipe.com.

“Burson-Marsteller’s investment in Streampipe.com reflects our robust support
for the next generation of communications technologies,” said Kurt Krauss,
chief financial officer of Burson-Marsteller Worldwide. “Burson-Marsteller
and Netcast Inc., now Streampipe.com, have each built solid
reputations in their respective areas of the communications industry.
Together, one would be hard-pressed to find a more formidable service.”

“The capabilities, access, resources, and credibility that industry leader
Burson-Marsteller brings to Streampipe.com are immeasurable,” said Blair
Fuller, president of Sales and Marketing for Streampipe.com.

“Now, our
ability to provide the best-of-breed broadcasting services is merged with the
ability to provide world-class public relations, marketing, and creative
services.

Most importantly, these resources will enable Streampipe.com to
target and market to audiences at a level that has not been achieved before
now.”
