Hillsboro, Oregon-based CenterSpan Communications has formed a partnership with San Jose, California-based l Moviehead Entertainment that will bring films and videos From Moviehead.com’s library to CenterSpan’s new P2P Digital Distribution Platform.
CenterSpan will encode Moviehead.com content using Microsoft’s Windows Media Format and Microsoft Windows Digital Rights Management (DRM) software before making it available through the new distribution system.
CenterSpan’s platform is slated for beta release in the first quarter of 2001.
