Asian Internet media company Click2Asia Inc. acquired AngelPop.com, an online retailer of
Korean, Japanese and Chinese entertainment and education products.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Click2Asia.com said the acquisition will jump-start its offerings in the
e-commerce space. Angelpop.com will continue operations under its own brand.

Angelpop.com’s online store carries a variety of Pan-Asian music, movies,
books, magazines, comics, games, educational products and cosmetics on its
English-based Web site.

“Our purchase of Angelpop.com fulfills the e- commerce element of
Click2Asia.com’s long term business strategy — to become the leading online
provider of Asian-focused content, community and commerce,” said Joseph
Cheon, chief executive officer of Click2Asia.com.

Headquartered in Los Angeles, Click2Asia.com’s network includes localized Web
sites and offices in Greater China, Korea and Japan, with plans to establish
additional sites in various Asian countries.
