Clickin’ at Internet World

Oct 25, 2000

Bellevue-based Internet tools and services provider Webforia Inc. announced today a strategic partnership agreement with Penton Media Inc.

Under the terms of this agreement, Webforia will provide Penton with Clickbar, a proprietary desktop toolbar designed to give users quick and easy access to web-based content, products and services.

Used as a key marketing tool for Penton Media’s Fall Internet 2000 World Tradeshow and Conference, the Fall Internet World-branded Clickbar provides continuous access to event information and services for more than 900 exhibitors and 65,000 attendees.

“Our strategic partnership with Penton Media not only supports Penton’s initiative to drive attendance and participation at Fall Internet World 2000, but also showcases Clickbar to a demographically attractive audience for Webforia,” says Webforia CEO Mike Kennewick

Geared towards the Internet/broadband and information technology market segments, Fall Internet World 2000 is hosting more than 900 exhibitors and 65,000 attendees. The Fall Internet World Clickbar provides this audience with deep links into Internet World’s Fall 2000 conference site, encouraging Internet World attendees to quickly look over the conference schedule, list of presenters, lodging accommodations, and other conference features.
