Custom Tracks Dismisses Lawsuit Against Critical Path

CustomTracks Corp. Wednesday dismissed its lawsuit against Critical Path Inc.

CustomTracks, which is developing an Internet transaction system and a digital signature and encryption offering, sued Critical Path in late May, accusing it of violating a confidentiality agreement involving security technology. Custom Tracks also accused Critical Path of misappropriating trade secrets.

Critical Path provides e-mail hosting services to businesses.

Neither company would elaborate on the announcement or reveal any of the settlement’s terms.
