Redmond, Wash.-based DP Charters Inc. Wednesday said it has completed the acquisition of all of the shares of Omnitrix Technologies Inc. It has also changed its name to Nomadic Collaboration International Inc., while Omnitrix plans to change its name to Nomadic Collaboration Inc.
The combined company plans to be a leading provider of enterprise efficiency transformations and enhanced performance solutions that extend the reach of corporate information systems to workers “anywhere and anytime.”
The company also announced that ex-Deloitte Consulting enterprise software consulting specialist Raymond Polman will take the reins as president and chief executive officer for the companies, and has been appointed an officer and director of Nomadic Collaboration International. Roger Warren, co-founder of Omnitrix, will join Polman as an officer and director of NCII.
