[Montreal, CANADA] Nexxlink, the new ASP division of DTM Information
Technology Group, has inked a strategic marketing alliance with Sprint
Canada.

The agreement details the sale and promotion of Nexxlink’s computing
solutions, including the computing infrastructure outsourcing and
hosting of applications in ASP mode (Application Service Provider),
network integration, PC infrastructure services, and the development
of Web and e-commerce solutions.

Under the agreement, Sprint Canada will include Nexxlink in its
Solutions Alliance program and both corporations will work jointly to
increase each other’s visibility with their respective customer base.

Through the relationship, Nexxlink will gain valuable exposure to
Sprint Canada’s vast client base with potential to sell, install, and
deploy its services and products.

“The ASP phenomenon is expected to show substantial growth in the
near future,” said Robert Carignan, managing vice president, Sales
and Marketing, Eastern Canada at Sprint Canada, “and we want to be in
the forefront of providing this kind of innovative, value-add service
to our business customers.”

Well-known research firms such as Gartner Group and Forrester
estimate that the ASP services market could top US $20 billion in
North America by 2003.

Giga Information Group even predicts that by 2004, 75 percent of the
applications provided for small and medium-sized businesses will be
hosted by ASPs.

A Canadian pioneer in the ASP industry, Nexxlink provides computing
infrastructure outsourcing services running on a thin client platform
and accessible from a state-of-the-art Internet Data Center.

Nexxlink provides hassle-free computing service for a predictable
monthly fee — its solutions include the latest applications, an
employee portal (B2E), an Intranet network, Web and e-commerce
solutions, hosting, Windows-based workstations, integration, and
24-hour-a-day support.
