EDGAR Online Bolsters Investor Client Base

EDGAR Online
Wednesday added eight new clients, including Intel Corp., to its Investor
Relations service. The service allows companies to publish SEC filings in
real-time on a co-branded Web site.


Besides Intel, its new clients include Brunswick Corp., Popular Inc.,
Community Financial Group Inc., Comtech Telecommunications Corp., Dailey
International Inc., The MONY Group and Schlumberger Ltd.


“EDGAR Online Investor Relations helps (investor relations) professionals
communicate with investors, analysts and the press by offering SEC filings
directly from their corporate Web site,” said Jay Sears, vice president of
marketing and business development for Cybernet Data Systems Inc., the
parent company of EDGAR Online.


“Our growing list of blue-chip clients confirms the market demand
for EDGAR Online Investor Relations.”
