Bellevue, Wash.-based Click2learnreported Wednesday that its Aspen Enterprise Learning Platform has been selected by Alberta-based electricity retailer ENMAX Corp. to improve workforce readiness.

Click2learn said its platform will give ENMAX a single point of management and regulatory compliance tracking for all corporate training activities — including traditional classroom instruction and personalized online training courses.

“By centralizing its workforce preparedness program, Aspen will enable ENMAX to more rapidly deliver key business training to employees throughout its organization, which will be beneficial as the organization adapts to changes related to the deregulation of the electricity industry,” said Kevin Oakes, chairman and CEO of Click2learn. “In addition, the ability to map the skills and knowledge of their workforce provides ENMAX with valuable insights into their human capital resources — information that may be used to better manage business fluctuations.”
