Forum Focuses on Building Management Teams

The MIT Enterprise Forum has scheduled a forum for January 14 in New York
on “Building a Bankable Management Team” that may be of interest to new
media execs.

Topics include the skills and traits company founders should look for in
building their team and where to find good candidates for top jobs.

Panelists include Stephen B. Brotman, chairman, AdOne Classified Network; Laura
Ianuly, director of human resources, DoubleClick;
Glenn Myers, chairman-CEO, Rare Medium; and
Thomas S. Nieman, partner, executive search firm Ramsey Beirne Associates.

Moderator will be Beth Polish, managing director, New Media, KPMG Peat Marwick LLP.
