Free CD Loop Closed at Sanity

The online shopping site for music
retailer Sanity has had to solve a
glitch in its fulfilment process that was causing the company to give away
free CDs to customers.


The site, which launched on October 18, permitted some customers to order
CDs without having to provide their credit card details as part of the
purchase process.


According to Sanity general manager Tony Standley, this problem occurred until October 29, when Sanity.com.au adopted e-commerce payment solutions provider
