German online marketing company 1&1 AG & Co. acquired NetAd SA, a Norwegian Internet advertising
firm, to expand its European online advertising network.

1&1 bought the company through its subsidiary 1&1 Online Dialog GmbH.
Financial terms were not disclosed. NetAd has more than 20 Web sites with 30
million impressions each month, according to a Bloomberg News report.

In February, 1&1 tapped the Scandinavian market by acquiring Adnet AB
Internet-Werbenetzwerk, a Swedish company that markets Internet advertising,
from Lingfield AB. A few months later, 1&1 bought Accesite SA, a French
