UK Internet auctioneer icollector
Thursday entered a strategic partnership with Excite Europe
to spearhead a worldwide promotional campaign.

Under
the agreement, icollector will take a major presence on Excite’s
arts and leisure channel and will contribute co-branded
content on many other channels as well.

“With over 8.8
million
users, Excite is a leader in its field and provides the best business
partner to enable icollector to dominate its European target market,” said James Corsellis, CEO of icollector plc.

Initial focus for the campaign will be on the highly publicised Elvis
Presley Memorabilia Auction, which is attracting attention from
Elvis collectors around the world.

In addition, icollector will also run a banner campaign across Excite’s
European network.

icollector’s communications director Juan Plata commented that the
company was pursuing a number of other partnership opportunities
of similar depth and scope.

icollector plc trades on the OFEX facility in London.
