[Vancouver, CANADA] InsLogic today selected Pivotal’s XML-based
Demand Chain Network solution suite to create personalized Web
services and products for companies in the insurance industry.

InsLogic expects to use the Pivotal suite for enabling companies to
easily create an Internet presence to provide personalized insurance
solutions.

The company provides turnkey, private label eInsurance agency
solutions that leverage client brands. It delivers infrastructure,
technical, and operational resources for companies that offer
insurance, including banks, Web portals, broker-dealers, and
traditional insurance brokers.

As a result, companies can directly sell insurance services online
from a range of insurance suppliers. Serving as the licensed broker,
Inslogic transparently links insurance buyers with the appropriate
products and services.

“The ability to capitalize on the Internet as a fast, cost-effective
medium for insurance transactions and interactions is critical to
compete effectively in the insurance industry,” said Peter Berczi,
Inslogic president and chief executive officer.

“The Pivotal Demand Chain Network solution suite enables us to
enhance our eInsurance solution with powerful eCommerce, Web-based
selling and CRM capabilities.”

InsLogic Corporation’s insurance solution connects consumers and a
variety of brand partners by way of a hybrid agency and technology
business model. It helps to lower the cost of customer acquisition by
replacing inefficient traditional marketing techniques with targeted
efforts designed to retain clients and cross-sell the services of
their partners.

It is a subsidiary of Onex Corporation (TSE: OCX) a diversified
Canadian company with revenues of Cdn $20 billion, assets of Cdn $16
billion and 83,000 employees worldwide.

Pivotal Corporation (NASDAQ:PVTL, TSE:PVT) helps large and
