  • Trusted Information Systems (NASDAQ:TISX) agrees to be acquired for $300 million stock or 0.323 shares from Network Associates (NASDAQ:NETA). The $20.188 per share offer is a 60% premium to the price of Trusted Information shares, which closed at $12.625 Friday. We predicted consolidation here and think more may come.   • RealNetworks (NASDAQ:RNWK) agrees to acquire streaming software toolmaker Vivo for 1.1 million new RealNetworks shares, or $17.1 million based on the average of the last 15 days RNWK trading price. Pro forma the new shares will represent 3.4% of RNWK’s 32 million shares outstanding. Real looks to get more distance in the developer side as the threat from Microsoft looms larger.
