  • Broadvision (NASDAQ:BVSN) completes its 3 million share offering at $16.63 per share raising about $50 million through underwriters BancAmerica Robertson Stephens, Hambrecht & Quist LLC, and Wessels, Arnold & Henderson.

  • Open Text (NASDAQ:OTEXF) closes its 1.75 million special warrant offering at $US20.85 per special warrant, raising gross proceeds of $US36.5 million. The special warrants were purchased by Canadian institutional investors arranged by a syndicate of underwriters.

  • Mecklermedia (NASDAQ:MECK), producer of this report, says that BancAmerica Robertson Stephens picks up its ISDEX, Internet Stock Index, as a key indicator of Internet stocks.

  • AOL (NYSE:AOL) and Tel-Save Holdings [NASDAQ:TALK] expect to sign up about 500,000 AOL members for long distance service telephone lines by the end of the current quarter. We think AOL could be the future phone company, cable company and commerce company for many. Stay tuned.
