We think this area may see more consolidation in the next six months as the fragmented security software market builds integrated applications and suites of services.

USWeb (NASDAQ:USWB) agrees to acquire Seattle-based Nutley Systems, which specializes in building services based on Microsoft products and technologies. Terms not disclosed.
