  • Amazon.com (NASDAQ:AMZN) gets a “buy” rating from CS First Boston. We think Amazon may be on a holding pattern until music and video sales start coming in.

  • Network Solutions (NASDAQ:NSOL) gets a “strong buy” rating from Hambrecht & Quist based on softness in its stock and fall from highs, down 35%. We agree that NSOL looks attractive in our view and have always said it’s the default “.com” domain registrar. Competition may be coming but inertia favors NSOL in our opinion.
