Keystroke Provides Automation App to Mortgage Lender

Wholesale mortgage lender MILA Inc. Monday selected Seattle-based software systems provider Keystroke Technology Solutions’ Key2Decisionware software to provide automated product eligibility, pricing and full underwriting for its brokers, loan officers and correspondents.

MILA will integrate Key2Decisionware with its Jasper loan origination system. The addition of Keystroke’s software to the system will allow MILA to ensure that submitted loans conform to their loan product and underwriting guidelines. It will also allow MILA to maintain and update its available loan program rules whenever it desires, without IT intervention. MILA expects the software will ehlp it reduce the time associated with orignating, processing, closing and shipping a loan.

“We are pleased to provide our technology to MILA,” said Michael Hart, president and chief executive officer of Keystroke. “With our proven decisioning technology and MILA’s origination system, the loan process will be streamlined while offering more loan options and information which will ultimately lead to better loans for the consumer.”
