[Sydney, AUSTRALIA] LibertyOne today appointed Ian
Gill as chief executive officer of ZIVO, the company’s wholly owned Web
integration business.
LibertyOne said Mr Gill had over 27 years of information technology industry
experience, most recently as CEO of Colonial Trust Bank. “He has undertaken
senior technical, management and consulting roles in leading organizations
including Ansett, British Gas, IOOF and IBM,” the company said in a
statement to the ASX.
So far this quarter LibertyOne has seen the resignation of Graham Bristow
from its board and the position of managing director; the official
appointment of interim chief Marcelle Anderson as CEO and the resignation of
CFO Jack Surdoval, who was appointed to organize the company’s Nasdaq
listing, also canceled this quarter.
The company’s subsidiary ZIVO claims to be one of the largest Web
integration businesses in Asia, with around 250 Web staff employed in Hong
Kong, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra, Wellington, Auckland,
Christchurch, Bangkok and Singapore.
Its clients include BHP, Hewlett Packard, Air New Zealand, Vodafone New
Zealand, Hutchison Telecom and the Sino Group.
