Acquires PartNET, a provider of e-commerce
solutions for medical supply procurement, acquired PartNET, a privately held software
developer of e-commerce technology.

Terms were not disclosed. said the acquisition will allow it to deliver real-time
customized pricing solutions to buyers and sellers of healthcare supplies and
equipment around the world.

PartNET’s scaleable e-commerce technology assembles catalog information from
multiple suppliers anywhere on the Internet into a single, unified virtual
catalog tailored to the customer’s buying needs.

This instant-catalog technology — called “InstaCat” technology — will be
implemented across’s entire e-commerce solution set, including
eCatalog, eRFP, and eAuction.

automate key functions of the healthcare procurement process and speed the
