Bellevue, Wash.-based Net Nanny Software Internationl Inc. Wednesday revealed that the Alberta Securities Commission has revoked the cease trade order against the company, and it expects to resume trading on the CDNX on Thursday.

Net Nanny Chairman and Chief Executive Gordon A. Ross said the company has filed all outstanding documents that were delinquent with the commission — the cause of the cease trade order — and has met all of the required listing conditions, filing both the audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2001, and the unaudited first quarter financial statements for the period ended Sept. 30, 2001.

Net Nanny is expected to resume trading Thursday under the symbol “NNS,” and the company anticipates completings its Form 20F filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission within the week, after which it will resume trading under its listed symbol NNSWF.
