OAO Technology Solutions Inc. Friday received a signed letter of intent to provide custom software application services for a global technology company in a deal worth $70 million.

The 10-year contract will be for the development and integration of custom application software. Delivery is
expected to begin in the first quarter of 2000 with full staffing expected in the spring of 2001.

“We are very excited about our involvement in this opportunity as it enhances OAOT’s presence in theenterprise applications solutions business, said Isidore Papadopoulos, vice president of business development.


“In addition to custom software application, development and maintenance, our enterprise application solutions practice focuses on providing customer
resource management and supply chain applications with industry leaders such as Siebel Systems and
SAP. These services can be offered on a resale, design and implementation or application services
provider basis depending on our client preferences.”
