Oracle Corp. has
Web-enabled both its
Financial Analyzer and Sales Analyzer on-line analytical processing
(OLAP)and decision support products.

Version 6.2 of each product is designed to allow authorized user access to
critical information from a Web browser.

“Strategic business intelligence is a necessity at all levels of an
organization,” said Gary Bloom, executive vice president of System Products
for Oracle. “With Oracle Sales Analyzer and Oracle Financial Analyzer,
companies can deploy powerful analytical capabilities for users across
their corporate intranets.”

Oracle said the Financial Analyzer, a packaged application for financial
reporting, analysis, budgeting and planning, seamlessly integrates with
Oracle General Ledger to simplify data acquisition and maintenance. Sales
Analyzer, a packaged application for helping people use sales and marketing
information
that is normally hidden in corporate data, is designed to be integrated
with Oracle Express
Objects 2.2 for easy customization. Both products are based on Express
Server, Oracle’s market-leading OLAP server.

Oracle Financial Analyzer 6.2 and Oracle Sales Analyzer 6.2 are now
available for Windows 95 and NT 4.0. Supported server platforms include
HP-UX, AIX, Solaris and Windows NT 4.0.
