SQL Technology of Bradford, England
announced the availability of Pricebook Partner, a new product that
simplifies the creation,
distribution, and analysis of price lists.

Pricebook Partner has facilities for printing and e-mailing price lists, as
well as
automatically creating price list Web pages for access by the Internet.

“As the importance of the Internet continues to grow as a marketing
and selling medium, so the need for controlled access to
up-to-the minute price lists in multiple currencies and languages
grows,” said Paul Fernley, senior partner of SQL Technology.

“Pricebook Partner provides an ‘off the shelf’ solution which satisfies
these requirements plus the ability to tailor price lists by market sector,
locality and even by specific customer. Additionally, powerful ‘event
analysis’ capabilities
allow you to analyze and predict the effect of price changes on sales
volumes.”

Pricebook Partner is SQL Technology’s first shrinkwrapped software package
and has been in development for two years. It is designed to integrate
closely with existing systems so that it becomes a single source of
up-to-date pricing information throughout the organization.

It is based on high-performance SQL database technology and scales all the
way from a single user capability to an enterpisewide multiuser
system.

The cost of Pricebook Partner starts at $899 for the entry
level Desktop Edition. For more information, visit the company’s Web site.
