Technical Analysis: Stocks Stall At Resistance

The Nasdaq and Dow (first two charts below) stalled at some big resistance levels today. The Nasdaq needs to clear 2077-2078 and 2100, and the Dow needs to get back above 10,445. The Nasdaq looks okay as along as it holds 2050-2060 to the downside. We’d like to see the Dow hold 10,330; below that, 10,280-10,300 is possible support. The S&P (third chart) has support at 1194-1197 and 1191, and resistance is 1209-1210 and 1220.
