E-commerce telcommunications provider Tel-Save.com Wednesday signed a 25-year
customer agreement with AT&T in a deal
that will reduce Tel-Save’s network cost.

Under the agreement’s terms, Tel-Save.com will be able to purchase an
unlimited amount of broadband fiber during the next year. The move is
expected to dramatically lower Tel-Save’s network costs.

“Tel-Save.com has been a customer of AT&T for nearly 10 years. I believe
that this agreement is one of the first of its kind and am proud that AT&T
wanted to do it with Tel-Save.com,” said Dan Borislow, Tel-Save’s outgoing
chairman.

“With this pricing in place and the benefit of our low, internal
costs, I feel that Tel-Save.com will enjoy the lowest network cost
structure in the industry.”

Tel-Save.com also has an exclusive contract to market its services on America Online Inc.
