NEW YORK, Oct. 18–Predictive Systems , a
network infrastructure consulting firm, announced it has entered into a
definitive agreement to acquire Global Integrity, a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), in a
stock and cash transaction valued at approximately $107.6 million. The
acquisition of Global
Integrity, which provides information security services to Fortune and
Global 100 corporations, significantly enhances Predictive Systems’ client base and
service offerings. Predictive will issue approximately 5.8 million shares
of its common stock and up to approximately $28.5 million of cash in
exchange for all of Global Integrity’s shares and outstanding options.

provider of eSupport infrastructure software, announced its strategy to
enable ASPs and ISVs to provide a new level of enhanced, proactive
eSupport. Through its recent purchase of the Talkback(TM) technology from
ePeople, Support.com has
accelerated its entry into the Application Service Provider (ASP) and
Independent Software Vendor (ISV) markets while advancing the company’s
solution for current target markets. Support.com’s technology acquisition
broadens its eSupport infrastructure platform. Terms of the acquisition

REDWOOD CITY, Oct. 18–NetObjects
announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares of
privately held MyComputer.com of Orem, Utah for approximately $51
million of common stock and cash, and to pay up to $6 million in additional
shares of common stock based on future performance of the acquired
business. MyComputer, with more
than 1 million members, is an application service provider of integrated
Web site management services essential to powering e-business. By
completing this acquisition, NetObjects intends to become a leading
supplier of B2B online services for partners that reach small business.
