Project One Business Technologies, a privately held provider of
Internet solutions specifically designed for the healthcare industry. Pivotal enables large and medium-sized
businesses worldwide to make, serve, and manage customers with superior
speed and efficiency by providing XML-based demand chain networks that
deliver personalized customer experiences across every touch point in
real-time, and will incorporate Project One’s solutions and
expertise into a vertical operating unit that will deliver demand chain
network solutions for the healthcare industry.

which develops high-density voice processing semiconductor products which
bridge circuit switched voice and data networks, for total consideration of
approximately $43 million of newly issued Centillium common stock and stock
options. With the vEngines
acquisition, Centillium strengthens
its position as the market leader in supporting true convergence of circuit
switched voice networks with Asymmetric Transfer Mode (ATM), Internet
Protocol (IP) and Frame Relay networks.

products, has purchased key wireless technology assets from WebGear
of Dublin, CA as part of its strategy to target high-growth emerging,
wireless markets. The addition of WebGear’s wireless intellectual property
will complete Simtek’s ability to
develop products for the highly regarded Bluetooth market. The transaction
consists of purchasing patents and trade secret technology properties in
return for 5,000,000 shares of Simtek common stock plus 1,875,000 shares of

80% stake in OpiTV.com, an I-commerce technology company that is

eTravelserve.com announced the acquisition of
All Seasons Travel, a division of Rohl, Inc. This represents the
last of the outstanding “travel firm” acquisitions that were previously
announced, putting the cumulative gross travel industry sales for eTravelserve.com now at
approximately $20 million.
