The company calls the services Vodafone Interactive, which is comprised of four services. The personal preference page enables customers to customize the service, such as delivering personalized news, weather and sports.

The second element is an online personal information manager for e-mail and managing schedules and to-do lists.

The third part of the service is online shopping via the cell phone and the fourth is Vodafone.net, the free ISP that delivers all the other services to Wireless Application Protocol (WAP)-enabled wireless phones or any other computing platform.
