Ad network ADSmart said it will adopt
Accipiter AdBureau, an outsourced ad serving solution based on Accipiter
AdManager, provided by Engage Technologies.

ADSmart and Engage are both wholly owned subsidiaries of
holding company CMG Information Services Inc.

With the recent integration of Engage’s Precision Profiling technology into Accipiter AdBureau, ADSmart said it now offers
advertisers online ad serving solutions that more precisely target Web site
visitors.

Testing with ADSmart clients is expected to launch in the next 60 days.
ADSmart said it will focus its resources on providing advertising solutions
across six key affinity categories: Generation-X, College, Sports, Travel,
Technology, and Finance/Investing.

“By outsourcing our back end ad management to Accipiter AdBureau, we are able
to increase our focus on creating sponsorships and advertising campaigns that
deliver a better response and ultimately better ROI for our customers,” said
Neil Versen, vice president of sales and marketing. “By adding Engage profile-
based targeting, in addition to our proven affinity group targeting, we will
be able to offer advertisers the most advanced solution available today.”

Accipiter AdBureau service is designed to enable companies to outsource online advertising
operations while still maintaining full control over advertising content.
AdBureau customers now have access to enhanced targeting by accessing the
observed click stream data found in the Precision Profiles from Engage
Knowledge, a database containing more than 30 million anonymous Web user
profiles.

The ADSmart Network is comprised of more than 35 Web sites with about 8
million Web users.
