Apple Computer will expand its “Think Different” image campaign to product
advertising, according to Mitch Mandich, Apple’s executive vice president of
sales.

“Think Now” will be the theme of Apple’s new Internet store, according
to Advertising Age.

The company showed some of the ads at the Macworld Expo in San Francisco. The
new tag lines include “Think Fast” for the Power Macintosh G3. The “Think
Different” campaign will also be used extensively in Europe, Mandich was
quoted as saying.

Steve Jobs, Apple’s interim CEO, credited ad agency TBWA Chiat/Day for the
campaign.
