Arnold Interactive, Circle Merged

Arnold Communications in Boston acquired Circle Interactive LLC in Boston and
merged Circle with its Arnold Interactive unit to form a standalone agency
that will operate under the Circle name.


Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Eric Snyder, 40, and Dave
Batista, 30, founding partners at Circle, will head the merged agency as
president and chief creative officer, respectively, according to a New York Times report.


The merged Circle has 22 employees and revenue estimated at $3 million from
clients such as Bell Atlantic, Data General, McDonald’s and Volkswagen. Arnold
is a unit of Snyder Communications.
