AVC, IAA Launch Marketing Info Site

AVC Marketing and Communications Services Group, design firm Amazia and the International Advertising Association
launched International Marketing Files (IMF),
a new site designed to be an educational tool for business marketers and
students.

The free site, designed for professionals, academics and students interested
in business and marketing, was created to be both a state-of-the-art
educational tool as well as a central address for those interested in sharing
and exchanging ideas and opinions about these industries, the companies said.

The site offers actual corporate marketing plans, complete with strategies,
execution information and visuals that have been employed. There are also
discussion platforms for interaction between professionals and/or academics
and students, along with IMF News, newsletters and company updates.

Three modules for discussions have been set up, one for academics, one for
students and one for business and marketing professionals.

AVC has offices in New York and Istanbul, Turkey. Founded in 1989 by Chairman
Atilla M. Ogud, the company has a publishing division, which produces
International Marketing Files Magazine, along with several trades, business-
to-business and annual reference publications, and a marketing services
division.

The IAA is headquartered in New York and
is a global partnership of
advertisers, agencies, the media, and related services with 4,000 members
worldwide.
