Ann Arbor, MI-based Interactive agency Beyond Interactive signed an agreement
with New York City-based affiliate marketer LinkShare to provide revenue-generating
Internet marketing programs for its online advertising clients.

LinkShare specializes in brokering affiliate programs to cross-refer
customers between Web businesses to help them generate revenue for each other.

LinkShare said it will benefit from having a ready new stream of clients to
link with opportunities, while Beyond Interactive, which will construct and
manage the program, provides its clients with a convenient way to increase
their own revenue.

“LinkShare offers the best solution for online affiliate programs,” said Jonn
Behrman, CEO of Beyond Interactive. “We were most impressed with their stable
of merchants, network of partners, and their back-end tracking software.”

“This is a remarkable partnership on many levels. As we enter the next phase
of e-commerce, LinkShare recognizes that facilitating, managing and enhancing
Internet relationships are the most important elements in successful online
retailing. . .,” said Jerome H. Kern, LinkShare CEO. “Beyond Interactive will
play a significant role in facilitating important relationships from their
client base with LinkShare.”

In addition to providing technology, LinkShare serves as an independent third
party, tracking and verifying customer referrals and transactions, and
managing the related revenue structures. The company currently services more
than 150 retailers and manages a network of tens of thousands of affiliate
sites.
